With a wealth of recruiting experience spanning over a decade, Trevor has solidified his position as a highly regarded expert in the field. At Discord, he played a pivotal role in spearheading the growth of the recruiting team from 11 to 48 members. His contributions were instrumental during the company's rapid expansion phase, which saw the headcount skyrocket from 150 to 1000 employees across the organization. Prior to his most recent role, Trevor held key positions as Head of Talent for a series A startup, Principal Executive Recruiter with an agency, and Technical Recruiting Leader for several leading VC-backed startups. His deep understanding of programmatic strategies, coupled with his successful track record in driving DE&I initiatives, has consistently empowered organizations to establish scalable and efficient processes..

Noel Williams

Noel brings over 20 years of industry experience, making him an exceptional leader in talent acquisition. He has worked with companies such as VMware, Google, LinkedIn, Airbnb and Tesla. He has built teams and programs, led training sessions for both tools and recruiting processes, and has led searches across numerous functions at various levels, including Leadership/Executive level technical hires for startups.  Noel possesses an extensive professional network and broad market knowledge in the Product Management, Engineering, and Design domains, making him a valuable resource for any growing company looking to hire their first product builders and leaders. 

Adam Carlisle

Having spent the past 10 years within HealthCare sales Adam successfully managed the biggest brands in the industry while working his way up to a Key Account Manager role at IQVIA, the world’s largest Contract Sales Organization. He has worked with some of the largest East Coast hospital networks like UPMC, UPenn Med and Wellspan and has acquired inside knowledge of this complex space while keeping a keen eye on the gap that developing technologies can bridge to make healthcare more efficient. While at IQVIA Adam spent 5 years as the lead for Data Analytics and was honored to be chosen for their extensive Leadership Development Program.
